ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.

Group coaching programs are designed to bring people leaders together in a collaborative environment. Different viewpoints and insights help a group coaching program encourage growth and learning in many different ways. Group coaching helps multiple clients navigate through a similar problem through a guided experience at the same time.We promote strategic thinking and solutions through system mindset. We use peer support skills and communication skills in our learning labs. We ask questions, reflect, plan, reframe, problem solve, and manage our time to get the answers we need and want.
